Returns
We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required.
Please contact our support team before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
An unboxing video (recommended)
Upon verification, we may offer:
A replacement item
OR
A partial refund
OR
A full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Personal care or hygiene-related products once opened
- Clearance or final-sale items where stated
Refund Process
Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times:
Approval review: 1–5 business days
Refund issuance: 1–3 business days after approval
Bank or card processing: 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
